Booking Policies:

• For all appointments, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking which will be applied to your total cost of the appointment at the time of which it takes place.

• All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE/NONTRANSFERABLE. Brow Magic Cosmetic Tattooing requires at least 48 hours notice of an appointment reschedule via phone call or text (617-334-5085), the appointment may be rescheduled for any time within three months of the original appointment. Any late cancellations or no call/no show appointments will result in your deposit being forfeited and another deposit will be required to book an appointment.

• The deposit will be held for two consecutive reschedules within one year of the originally booked date, after that your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. 

• If you are feeling under the weather in any capacity, please let us know as soon as you can to reschedule your appointment. It’s important to keep our studio clear of any sickness for the safety of our team and clients. 

• Clients must be 18 years or older to book an appointment, we also do not perform any permanent makeup services to anyone under this age. If you are under the age of 18 and looking to book for one of our other services, please have your parent or guardian reach out to us. Any minor coming in for an appointment without prior authorization/parental consent will be denied the service and the deposit will be forfeited.

• No children under the age of 16 are allowed into the studio, unless otherwise approved.

• We reserve the right to fire any clients for any reason we see fit.
